  • Use ANSYS Fluent for transient multiphase simulations and mesh-sensitivity studies, including geometry, meshing, solver setup, and post-processing.
  • Support flow-loop experiments through instrumentation, flow-rate and thermal measurements, and CAD modifications for experimental fixtures and hardware.

Experimental Readiness Pipeline ↗

Python workflow for raw-data and calibration checks, coolant heat pickup, pressure drop, thermal resistance, steady-state analysis, repeatability, uncertainty, and report generation; verified with deterministic synthetic scenarios.

Direct-to-Chip Cooling Bench ↗

Developing an independent single-branch cooling-bench concept with planned coolant temperature, flow, pressure-drop, and heater-power measurements. Assembly and physical testing are planned.

Cooling analysis software ↗

Built a Python thermal-calculation package, reproducible synthetic sensor-data generator, and Streamlit dashboard for data-quality checks, engineering calculations, visualization, and report export.
